Jeremy, I am really sorry to hear that happened to you. I am also a loyal customer of Sweetwater, however I am yet to be treated poorly. Perhaps if you switched sales rep’s your experience would improve? I once had to wait two weeks for a part and my rep was so sorry for the wait he gave me the $100 part for free!
