Recent winter storms in Texas have disrupted supply chains around the country leaving many processors scrambling to secure upcoming months raw materials needed for their fundamental operations. Mother nature had already threated supply with hurricanes and weather that effectually increased pricing over previous months. However, nothing like this current disruption has been seen before and purchasing this years survival has become an unfortunate part of reality.
